Safety Rules & Operating Instructions

1Age limit of 12 years old. No one over this age is allowed to use the equipment. No adults are to use this inflatable.

2No food, drink, or chewing gum on or around the inflatable. A cleaning charge will be assessed if the unit is returned dirty.

3Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable.

4No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string on or near the inflatable — these cause irreparable damage.

5NO smoking on or around the inflatable.

6NO barbeques around the inflatable.

7Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.

8A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

9Do not overcrowd. Limit numbers according to age and size of children. Avoid mixing large and small children.

10Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure others.

11No pets, toys, or sharp instruments on the inflatable at any time.

12Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step.

13Do not allow anyone on the inflatable during inflation or deflation — this is DANGEROUS.

14No somersaults. Ensure children are clothed appropriately and nothing can fall from pockets.

15If the blower stops: evacuate calmly, check fuses and tubing. If it overheats, switch off, wait 1–2 minutes, restart. Contact us if it does not restart.

Inflatable equipment must be TURNED OFF and NOT USED if wind speeds exceed or are expected to exceed 17 MPH. Do not use the inflatable until wind speeds have slowed to safe levels.

17All Around Fun Rental LLC shall not be held responsible for unfavorable weather conditions — rain, high winds, electrical outages, hurricanes, or other acts of God.

18This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any lawsuit shall be filed in Palm Beach County, FL.

19Weight limits: 13×13 bouncers — max 800 lbs. 15×15 bouncers — max 1,000 lbs. Slides — max 200 lbs per person.

20Groups of 2 or more people gathering on the top level of inflatable slides are not allowed.

21Only one person allowed to slide at a time on all inflatable slides.

DO NOT let children play on the inflatable without adult supervision. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for safe operation.

Please keep the inflatable inflated one hour before pickup.

All Around Fun Rental LLC is not responsible for any grass damage.

25Do not use the bounce house during rain. The jump surface is very slippery when wet.

Stakes and nails are used to secure inflatables. Customer is responsible for selecting the location, and any damage to sprinklers, pipes, cable, etc. is the customer's responsibility.

Liability Disclaimer

This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted). Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property, and agrees to hold All Around Fun Rental LLC harmless for any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of any or all injuries of any kind that occur during the rental period.

Customer agrees to company's right to enter premises at any time to repossess equipment. Customer agrees not to loan, sublet, or dispose of equipment or use it at any other location. Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost including labor for all damages to rental equipment.

Customer/Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless ALL AROUND FUN RENTAL LLC, their agents, employees, and directors from any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of any or all injuries of any kind during the rental period. For any litigation or arbitration, ALL AROUND FUN RENTAL LLC shall be entitled to recover all costs, including reasonable attorney's fees.

If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the renter agrees to pay $5,500.00 (Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars).

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The person or organization renting this equipment will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.
